OneDrive Error: “Upload Failed - We're sorry, someone updated the server copy and it is not possible to upload your changes now. Keep My Version/Keep Server version.”

 Issue Description: The above mentioned error is displayed when OneDrive users try to save the changes they have made in an Office document through Office/Office 365 installed in their PC. Choosing neither ‘Keep the local copy’ nor the ‘Keep the server copy’ options retains the recent changes made to the document. 

Troubleshooting: If you are facing this issue, press ‘Cntrl+S’ key combination in the office document without choosing the options to keep the local/server copy. This should save the recent changes in the document. If you find that changes were not saved, then visit the OneDrive website, right click on the file and then select 'Version history'. Check for the version with the time stamp around the time you made the changes and try restoring it. This should restore the latest version with the changes you have made.
